We are not responsible for any product purchased through our distributors. We only offer an option to exchange your products if you purchase directly from Tree Top Archers.We do not offer money back refunds, but only exchanges on damaged goods and/or products. For best results of our product we always recommend that you use as directed. If you are having problems getting our product to work we recommend that you send us photos of your site, with a brief description or your issue and we will do our best to help you. Always follow the instructions for use exactly.
REFUNDS &
EXCHANGES
Single-issue refunds are not permitted. We cannot offer an exchange unless there is a defect or tear in the packaging and/or container within the first 14 days from purchase in order for the customer to receive a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us! We would never reveal the location of your site in any customer provided photographs. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
